Protein Banana Bread

In case you have over-ripe bananas on your pantry, this is a must do, quick banana bread that you have to try! It’s super tasty, moist, and easy to make snack for all day round!

Ingredients

  • 210 g all purpose flour
  • 2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp bakin powder
  • 1 baking soda
  • 75 ml coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 bananas (small)
  • 60 ml plant based milk (no sugar)
  • 1 tsp cinamon powder
  • 80 g dark chocolate chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven at 180C without air.

Combine flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder and baking soda to a bowl and mix.

In another bowl smash the bananas with a fork and add coconut oil (melted), vanilla extract, plant based milk and cinnamon mixing well.

Combine gradually solid ingredients into the wet ingredients mixing well.

When all ingredients combined into a thick batter add chocolate chunks into the mixture and place into a silicon mould and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180οC (depending on the oven).

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Then unmould and place on a serving plate.
