Protein bean burger
Ingredients
- 2 small avocado, ripe (200 g)
- 200 ml plant milk
- 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) (100 g)
- 1 cup coconut sugar, carob or brown (190 g)
- 8 tbsp. peanut butter or other nut butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp. all purpose flour (or gluten free)
- 2 tbsp. carob flour
- 2 tbsp. vegan protein vanilla or cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
In a blender, combine the liquid ingredients: avocado, peanut butter, milk and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients (solid).
Once they are homogenized, pour in the mixture with the avocado - liquid ingredients and mix till get a thick texture.
Put on a baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
Use a non-stick paper and bake at 180-200oC (depending on the oven) for 20-30 minutes.
